Dcluttr collects information from users of our website, including Personal Data, for marketing, security, administration purposes, and in fulfilling our service commitment to you or as required by law.

By providing Personal Data voluntarily, you consent to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and acknowledge that such Personal Data may be transferred to servers and offices of Dcluttr globally.

Information is collected to enhance your user experience, provide information regarding Dcluttr services or related offers, and fulfill your requests for products and services.

Most commonly, we collect your Personal Data when you create a Dcluttr account. This information is used for access, security, and billing purposes.

We implement various security measures to protect your Personal Data. Personal Data is stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel. If necessary, any Personal Data shared with third parties will be kept confidential and used only for the intended purpose.

Dcluttr does not sell or share your data with unrelated third parties, except to provide the services you've requested or under specific circumstances, such as:

• To respond to subpoenas, court orders, or to establish or exercise our legal rights.
• To investigate or prevent illegal activities, suspected fraud, or threats to physical safety.

Dcluttr uses cookies and pixel tags to understand site traffic and user behavior. We do not store Personal Data in cookies or pixel tags.

Dcluttr ensures that the data collected from each brand or agency is stored completely separately, with no overlap or access between different brands or agencies. We follow industry-leading data storage and security practices to ensure that your data remains isolated and secure.

Strict protocols are in place to safeguard against unauthorized access, ensuring that no data is compromised or shared without explicit consent. Your data is protected using robust encryption, firewalls, and other security measures that comply with international standards, ensuring full confidentiality at all times.

You can view, modify, or delete your Personal Data at any time by logging into your Dcluttr account. Additionally, you may request to access or delete your account information via our contact methods below.

Dcluttr provides a Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) server at mcp.dcluttr.ai that lets you connect AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Codex, Cursor or VS Code (“AI Assistants”) to your Dcluttr account. This section explains how information is handled when you use it, in addition to the rest of this Privacy Policy. Setup instructions are in the MCP documentation.

Connecting an AI Assistant. You connect an AI Assistant by signing in to Dcluttr and approving the connection on a Dcluttr consent screen, where you choose which brands it may access. Your Dcluttr password is never shared with the AI Assistant. It receives an access token that works only for that connection and that can be revoked at any time.

What the MCP server can access. The MCP server is read-only. It returns data only for the brands you approved, and only data your Dcluttr account and role can already access, such as availability, sales, advertising and pricing data. It cannot create, change or delete data in your Dcluttr account. The only setting an AI Assistant can change is which of your approved brands its connection uses by default.

Information we collect. When an AI Assistant uses the MCP server, we receive the requests it sends to our tools, such as a question or a query and its parameters. We do not receive your conversation history with the AI Assistant, files you share with it, or data from its other connectors. For each connection we also store the AI Assistant's name, the brands you approved, and when the connection was created and last used.

How we use it. We use this information to answer the AI Assistant's requests, to keep connections secure, to troubleshoot problems and to improve the MCP server. For these purposes we log tool requests and a truncated copy of their results together with your Dcluttr user ID.

Service providers. We share this information only with service providers that process it on our behalf, such as hosting and observability providers. When an AI Assistant asks a question in plain English, the question and a description of our datasets (dataset and metric names, not your data) may be sent to an AI model provider, such as OpenAI, to turn it into a query. These providers process the information only to provide their services to us.

AI Assistant providers. Information returned to your AI Assistant is then handled by that AI Assistant's provider, such as Anthropic or OpenAI, under its own terms and privacy policy. Dcluttr does not control how those providers process information once it has been returned to them.

Retention. We keep connection records while a connection is active and afterwards as needed for security and audit purposes. We keep tool-call logs only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this section.

Revoking access. You can disconnect an AI Assistant at any time from your Dcluttr profile or from the AI Assistant's own settings, and its access stops immediately. Changing or resetting your Dcluttr password disconnects all AI Assistants, and connections that are not used for 90 days expire.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we will notify you via email or in-app notification when significant changes occur.
